My sister in law is due in the next couple of weeks, so she and my brother asked me to come over and help them get some healthy meals prepared to keep in the freezer. After about 4.5 hours of cooking, we manager to produce all of this (all paleo/primal) and a little more not pictured…
Which gave them a freezer that now looks like this:
Now, when baby 3 gets here they are armed and ready with healthy meals! They did all of the recipe selection and helped with the prep, but I’m thinking there’s a business opportunity in this somewhere for me. I could totally do this for other people.

I really bet that would be a good business! I met a friend of a friend who does something similar. I think she e-mails her clients options for their meals for the week, and then they place orders, and she delivers the food.

Heck yeah there’s money in this for you. I would totally pay someone to make me paleo/primal meals a week at a time, particularly when a week looks especially busy and hectic.
